Deaf Ontario TV (DOTV) explores Deaf people and youth. DOTV wants to show everyone to get aware what happens in Ontario. It shows that Deaf people and youth can do anything.
DOTV’s goal is that Deaf Community in Ontario will comprehend.

History

About ten year ago, Alvin went to South Africa for an internship program. He saw Deaf TV Program on every Sunday. Alvin really enjoyed and wished same thing in Canada, too. After 6 months, I went back to Canada. I became on board for Canadian Association of the Deaf (CAD) as a Youth Director. I asked CAD to establish TV Deaf for Canada; unfortunately it never happened because CAD had priorities on others.
A few years later, I saw DeafNation on Internet, it already set online. I was very thrilled, but they mostly film in American and World, not much in Ontario or Canada.
For today, it is time that Deaf Ontario TV is ready for Ontario.
